Stock Availability:

Some of our goods sell much quicker then we can even anticipate but we try to reorder goods in good time to satisfy demand. If the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will endeavour to offer you a substitute of equal or greater value. We will try to reach an amicable solution, if you are not happy with the replacement item(s) offered to you, the management will arrange to refund your money.

In keeping up with the changing trends in the fashion world we need to keep getting new material and designs for our customers. We understand that you may be disappointed on your selection being out of stock but we assure you that we will not disappoint you with our new ranges.

Our aim is to provide our customers with the best service and quality at all times. If for any reason you wish to return any item, we will happily refund or exchange it without any questions, provided they are returned unused and unworn within 14 days from dispatch of goods and with a valid receipt.

Exceptions to our approval guarantee

For hygiene reasons, our refund and exchange guarantee does not apply to some items.  For example earrings.

For exchange or refund of goods, the postage and packaging fee is non refundable and the customer will have to pay postage again for the substitute item(s) to be sent.  Please read the Returns Policy carefully for all other details.
