We will replace or refund most items provided they are returned complete, unused and in their original packaging, with any appropriate security tags intact, within 14 days of receipt.

We do not provide free return service, the reason being that we would need to increase the price of goods to cover the increased costs. We feel that this is a fair system for all our customers. You need to ensure that you get the proof of posting adequate insurance to cover the value of returned goods.

Please quote your order number on the top left hand side of the package to assist us in identification on return to Venus Accessories.

You also need to enclose a copy of the invoice or please write your name, address and other contact details along with the Venus Accessories Order /Invoice number.

The management holds no responsibility for any parcel received without any identification.

Exchange: If you would like to exchange your order with some other items or another size/colour available, we will be glad to assist you, however a postal charge is applied.
