All orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail either First Class or First Class Recorded Delivery as standard.  You will be required to sign for the delivery upon receipt if the delivery is sent by Recorded Delivery.

If you have not received your goods within 2-3 working days, you must email us at customerservices@venusaccessories.com with your transaction number, name and delivery address in order for us to begin an investigation with Royal Mail.
